Lately I've been thinking about what keeps me going day to day. The gym's my spot here in Buffalo – gets me fit, helps me sort out my thoughts after dealing with small-town life. And yeah, it's a bonus seeing those strong local guys lifting heavy. Puts everything in perspective, ya know, that mix of sweat and sparks.
