I've been thinking a lot about how much I like being the one who follows instead of leads. It's not about being told what to do, it's that quiet trust when someone else takes the reins. I keep noticing little things, like how much more honest people are when they stop performing. I want that kind of honesty, the kind where you don't have to guess what someone actually wants.
